POLYCOM

PolyCom stabilization has been specially formulated to deliver improved result in sealed or unsealed roads, highway, bush tracks or temporary roads. It is both pavement and surface strength, less waste and increased performance binder.
In unsealed roads breakdown of the surface creates dust, potholing and accelerated degradation of the pavement. PolyCom will address this by ensuring a well bound, hard wearing surface that retains shape, repels water and consequently requires less maintenance over the road life cycle.
No extra plant or equipment is required. PolyCom is simply added to the water cart at the time of water filling. Mix ratio is one kilo of PolyCom to 5,000 litres of water keeping freight and storage cost to a minimum.Pollution products designed to contain and clean accidental spills. DUSTCHEK

Dustchek is for mine haul roads or areas where dust problems and water is scarce. It provides a sustainable relatively dust-free solution for all unsealed surfaces and minimises airborne dust nuisance and improve visibility and reduces dust management operations and water costs. When used it will minimise vehicle operating and maintenance costs and reduce fugitive dust impacting on the surrounding environment and provide suitable ecological properties for the local environment with the non toxic properties and a reduction in water use.

ELASTOPAVE

	Another appliction area with the same methodology in road and lane construction is Elastopave. Because of the open-pored bonding of stones and PU a drainage pavement system is generated. The composition is characterised by its high fraction of rough fine stone grains, which provides an enormous contingent of adjacent hollow spaces. Through these originated voids rain water can be drained off.

GEOTEXTILES / GEOSYNTHETICS

There are various types of Geotextiles including nonwoven, woven, high strength and composite � all of which perform various functions within different applications.
Primary functions are filtration, separation and reinforcement. High quality MRS11.27 Strength Class Geotextile is commonly used in many civil engineering applications.

TURF REINFORCEMENT MATTING

The primary function of a TRM is to provide permanent (root or stem) reinforcement for the mature vegetation during higher hydraulic flow events where velocities and sheer stresses exceed the limits of mature, natural vegetation. A secondary and more temporary function is to collect sediment during the hydraulic flows prior to and while vegetation is being established. The TRM performance increases as the vegetation becomes established and the root structure is entangled within the synthetic mat.

	Reduces the amount of hard surfaces in community areas by reduces waterway contamination and storm water run off, protects tree roots, aids erosion control by retaining and stabilises soil surfaces and therefore increasing the green environment.

GEOGRIDS - Subbase Reinforcement

Subbase Reinforcement � When dealing with poor subbase material, geogrids used in conjunction with geotextile and aggregate can form an interlocking layer within the subbase, thus reducing movement and damage to pavements. Manufactured from Polyester yarns formed into a mesh type sheet. The fill forms an interlock with the grid.
